From initial planning and gameplay design, through to launching and monetisation, our Design team covers it all. You’ll be developing and delivering high quality gameplay assemblies for our high profile partners as well as testing new features and tools before they are deployed. Data is so important. We have an amazing team of data scientists who can go beyond what is normally available to studios and deliver responsive, meaningful insight at every stage of the development cycle, helping our partners build the best games possible. Our Production team keep the project wheels moving. They manage our dev teams from ideas to detailed schedules and all that’s in between - whether it’s stand-ups, sit-downs, roadmap planning, sprint management, project maintenance, reporting or partner relationships, you’ve got to be on your toes to play amongst this team. If managing top-tier game dev projects is your jam, our Production team might just be the ideal fit for you.
Fancy working on multiple AAA projects to protect the player, support your colleagues and provide that unbounded voice that keeps everyone focussed and passionate? Well, this is exactly what our QA team does. By working with our dev teams, QA enables MPG to deliver beyond expectations. We do business development differently. Our team of industry veterans work alongside our partners to help them develop, grow and deliver on their multiplayer (and sometimes single player!) games. If you like tracking and scoping out the games industry for new opportunities and fostering relationships with some of the biggest players out there, our Future Dev team would like to chat.
Behind-the-scenes at MPG is a collection of people making a load of the fun stuff (and a lot of the not-so-fun, but super important stuff too) a reality. They help to shape our culture and steer the business across Marketing, Ops, People, Talent, Finance, IT and the Leadership Team. Keeping a global game studio running is no easy feat, but if you get your kicks by coming up with mind-blowing marketing ideas, have a flair for Studio operations, or you’re an IT guru, our Central Functions teams are the place to be.
